Most orders are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Processing time includes:

- Packaging for shipment

- Weekends and holidays (we do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays)

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS

Many of our apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) are custom-made print-on-demand products that are produced specifically for your order. These items require additional production time:

- Production Time: 3-7 business days (in addition to processing time)
- Total Time to Ship: 6-11 business days from order placement
- Shipping Notification: You will receive a tracking number once the item is produced and shipped

Because these items are custom-made for you, we appreciate your patience with the extended production timeline.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:

- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (if available)

- Canada: 7-14 business days after processing
- Europe (EU): 10-21 business days after processing
- Other International: 14-30 business days after processing

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

**Lost Packages:**
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

2. Verify the delivery address
3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim if necessary.

**Damaged Packages:**
